Very badly organised
I have never in my life seen two servers and one chef make such a drama out of serving just two tables. It took them an hour to produce two steaks, which were nice when they eventually arrived, but overcooked. The other table weren't happy either, the chef only appeared to be able to cook pizzas two at a time, so pizzas for 8 were delivered two at a time, with long gaps. There are much better restaurants nearby.
